Shoutout is year long partnership between Refinery29 and Converse that has given twelve creatives a platform to share a passion project inspired by the latest Converse drops. Their creative process is documented in a series of raw, phone-shot, BTS films, capturing the wins and challenges along the way. As well as championing new talent, Shoutout is an accessible window into creative industries that can feel elite and closed off. Now, more than ever, we need to see a diverse range of people who are doing their dream jobs and working it out as they go. Aren’t we all?
